Urban Decks

FAQ

Straight answers
about your deck.

The questions Spokane homeowners ask us most — service area, materials, timelines, remodels and what comes with a free estimate.

  • What areas does Urban Decks serve?

We design and build decks across the greater Spokane, WA area — including Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Mead, Cheney, Airway Heights, Deer Park, Medical Lake, Nine Mile Falls and Newman Lake.

  • Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Every project starts with a free, no-obligation on-site estimate. We walk the site with you, talk through how you want to use the space, and answer every question.

  • Do you provide 3D renderings of the deck before building?

Yes — a 3D rendering is included with every project at no extra cost. You'll see your deck, walk around it virtually, and shape the design before a single board is cut.

  • What materials do you build with?

Composite and wood decking, custom black powder-coated steel railings, infinity glass panels, timber framing for roof covers, and stone column wraps. We help you choose materials that fit your home, your budget and Spokane weather.

  • Do you handle the entire project in-house?

Yes. Decking, railings, framing, stonework, roof covers and landscaping coordination — all done by our crew. One timeline, one point of contact, one standard of finish.

  • Do you remodel or rebuild existing decks?

Absolutely. We tear out tired or unsafe decks, inspect and rebuild the structure, and finish with modern decking and railing systems. Same footprint or fully reimagined — your call.

  • How long does a typical deck project take?

Timeline depends on size, materials, weather and whether a roof cover or stonework is involved. We give you a clear, honest schedule with your estimate and stay in constant communication until the job is done.

  • What are your hours?

Monday through Saturday, 7:00am to 7:00pm. Sundays and major holidays we're closed.
